He’s an enthusiast of all things Star Wars and indulges in reading a range of authors, from Michael Crichton and Tom Clancy to James S.A. Corey and other science fiction and fantasy writers.

Justin’s main motivation is helping people, guided by a core value of treating everyone with respect and a commitment to not just resolving problems but also preventing their recurrence and enhancing the user’s situation. His ultimate goal is to ensure user satisfaction and improved outcomes. Justin has a longstanding interest in programming and the power of code to shape technology, and he eagerly anticipates exploring programming more deeply in the future.

Justin tackled our complicated phone issues doggedly. He had great communication throughout the entire process, making the issue less painful. On a scale of 1-5, Justin ranked about a 7 or 8. He really did a great job taking care of this complicated issue and we appreciated him greatly.
