Chance Bartolomucci

Chance brings a unique blend of discipline, adaptability, and technical expertise to his role at eKeeper. With nearly a decade of IT experience—most of it earned while serving in the Army—he’s worked across a broad range of technologies, from routers, switches, and VOIP systems to satellite communications and mobile broadband kits. He held network admin credentials for all three military enclaves: Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret. Along the way, he earned an associate degree in IT, multiple certifications in radio and satellite systems, CompTIA Security+, and maintains a TS-SCI security clearance.

After years of high-tempo, global deployments, Chance joined eKeeper in search of a more grounded environment where he could continue building his skills—especially in networking and cybersecurity—while spending more time with his family. He enjoys the variety of challenges each day brings and gravitates toward problems that require deep troubleshooting. For him, solving a tricky case isn’t just satisfying—it’s fun.

Chance’s approach to client service is rooted in a simple value: treat others the way you want to be treated. He’s methodical, curious, and always willing to dig deeper or ask for input when needed. While he’s still carving out his long-term path in IT, he embraces the jack-of-all-trades mindset and sees versatility as an asset in a fast-changing field.

Off the clock, Chance prioritizes time with his wife and children. After devoting years to military service—including as an Airborne soldier—he’s enjoying a slower pace of life and looking ahead to new adventures, like getting certified in skydiving. He’s also fascinated by the evolving role of AI in the tech world and is optimistic about how it could enhance research and day-to-day problem-solving when handled responsibly.
