HELP DESK F.A.Q.

Do I need a contract to utilize eKeeper HD?

No – Many of our clients find it advantageous to hold a contract with our company for eKeeper HD, but it is not required.  A contract helps to more fully control your costs for support as well as ensure a guaranteed level of support for you and your organization.

Can we dispatch our own cases?

Yes – Using our integrated Case Management System (CMS), you have the ability to manage your own cases.  When cases come in, you can assign them internally within your organization or flip them to eKeeper if you need to.  CMS is just another way that eKeeper can help you get what you need, when you need it.

Are eKeeper employees certified?

Yes – eKeeper employees hold a variety of certifications from industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec & Dell.
